Subject: Yellowstone Closure - Snowmobile Vote
In speaking with our US snowmobile partners it is indicated that we can help
with the Yellowstone closure issue and that our voice will be heard south of the
border.
Surely there are many folks from Alberta and other Provinces that either have
or may someday ride Yellowstone, not to mention that all snowmobilers and others
need to put a stop to all of the negative groups that are continually chipping
away at us on both sides of the border. This closure could set very serious
precedence for not only the US but for Canada as well. The International votes
should mean a lot to the folks that will ultimately see the results.
Is the Park Service right to allow snowmobiling to continue at
Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks?
A YES vote - It's a good compromise; the decision will still ensure
that there are restrictions on the noise and air pollution created by these
machines
If you feel strongly about this issue, we encourage you to ask your friends,
family and club members to vote on it at this link.
Please log onto http://www.vote.com/vote/47009578/index.phtml?cat=6834308 and
cast your vote.
Thank you for your willingness to help out.
