Dealer BBQ's - 2009-10
What is a Dealer BBQ and what tasks are there?
Tri-County usually host 4 Dealer BBQ's in late October and
November.
These dealers donation money as Corporate Sponsors that help pay for the clubs
administration costs, photocopying, brochures, maps, business cards, Hotline
phone, Website, etc.
To show our appreciation we host BBQ's at these dealers on a Saturday, usually
late October and November. Nothing is hard about a dealer BBQ it takes
about 4-5 hours on a Saturday and
Our Volunteers just flip burgers, serve pop and visit with the
customers
A typical schedule will look like this

dealership
- Setup any displays, brochures, maps |
| 11:00am |
- Cook hamburgers and serve pop

- Sell memberships, ASA Trail Passes

- Explain to people what TCSC is all
about |
| 4:00pm |
- Takedown BBQ and memberships |
| 4:30pm |
- Head home |
This is a great way to meet your club members and have a social at the same
time.
Call a friend and sign up to work a BBQ, it's not hard and its fun.
